Among the guests were the owners of eminent domestic restaurants and confectioners who were convinced of the potential of Boiron's fruit purees and their wide use in confectionery, preparing handmade ice creams, as well as preparing and decorating salty dishes, all the way to its use in coffee bars for making cocktails. Petar Žuljević, a delicatessen from Mama Shelters Hotel, was responsible for culinary delicacies. The event took place in a pleasant atmosphere, and the special guest was Hélène Respondek, Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Israel, France, West Indies and Scandinavia. She met the attendees with the tradition of the company Les Vergers Boiron and pointed out that she is very pleased that she is in Serbia because they buy raspberries and some other fruit from our country.

Callebaut - Chocolate Magic in the Inspiration Hub http://silbo.rs/en/hoReCa/News/344/callebaut---chocolate-magic-in-the-inspiration-hub.html There is no place where gourmets would rather be, but where real chocolate magic takes place, which was Silbo Inspiration Hub, on April 3rd, when the promotion of Callebaut was held. ]]> The event was organized in order to present chocolate ice cream to the existing and potential HoReCa customers, as well as to the most eminent domestic pastry chefs, highlighting the rich and intense taste of real chocolate. The attendees were convinced that when the brand Callebaut and the Italian ice cream makers unite forces, that they will together create a real chocolate magic. In order for the guests to enjoy the chocolate perfection, they received recipes for making different flavors of chocolate ice cream and they could see the procedure of making and tasting them. Various types of ice cream were presented, including ice cream with Ruby chocolate and ice cream with golden chocolate.

A special guest was Ciro Fradano, an Italian pastry chef, who gives lectures at numerous pastry and gastronomy academies, and on this occasion he has visited our Inspiration Hub as Calebaut's Ambassador and gave useful advice for the ice cream preparation to all attendants.

Caffe Vergnano inspires to enjoy http://silbo.rs/en/hoReCa/News/330/caffe-vergnano-inspires-to-enjoy.html At the Silbo Inspiration Hub, an event was held where all the guests enjoyed the quality of the original Italian Caffe Vergnano coffee, which has a long tradition of 137 years. ]]> The event is organized both for already existing and potential HoReCa buyers (Professional Food Buyers), that is, for those who want their guests to enjoy top-notch Italian experience and enjoy the aroma of quality espresso coffee in their cafes, hotels or restaurants.Special guests were Franceso Possio, Caffe Vergnano's representative and barista Damian Burgess who educated the attendees about the importance of quality preparation of the perfect espresso coffee.A short coffee preparation course included a perfect extraction, coffee beverage preparation and general coffee information. The audience was able to hear interesting stories about the culture of Italian coffee and about the methods of preparation.

Callebaut RB1 is characterized by shiny pinkish color and intense refreshing fruity and sour notes, and is obtained by carefully selecting and processing the pink kernel grain.

After being first revealed to the world public in Shanghai last September, Ruby is coming to Belgrade this fall.

Until then, we're transmitting you a part of the atmosphere when Ruby was here for just one night, in a preview in Mandarin. Masters of cuisine led by Krsto Radovic prepared very surprising combinations with cheese, various spices, and even fish.
