Boiron - Fruit at its best form in the Inspiration Hub

On April 24, Inspiration Hub was a place of inspiration and culinary magic where the promotion of the French brand Boiron took place. Fruit purees, which are the source of inspiration for the great culinary artists in over 80 countries of the world, thanks to Silbo HoReCa team are now on our market.

All existing and potential HoReCa customers have been presented to an assortment of over 10 completely natural flavors, of which 80% are without added sugar. Among the guests were the owners of eminent domestic restaurants and confectioners who were convinced of the potential of Boiron's fruit purees and their wide use in confectionery, preparing handmade ice creams, as well as preparing and decorating salty dishes, all the way to its use in coffee bars for making cocktails. Petar Žuljević, a delicatessen from Mama Shelters Hotel, was responsible for culinary delicacies. The event took place in a pleasant atmosphere, and the special guest was Hélène Respondek, Sales Manager for Eastern Europe, Switzerland, Israel, France, West Indies and Scandinavia. She met the attendees with the tradition of the company Les Vergers Boiron and pointed out that she is very pleased that she is in Serbia because they buy raspberries and some other fruit from our country.
