Callebaut Ruby Chocolate Has Been Presented to Belgrade

Last Friday we attended the long anticipated pre-tasting of Callebaut RB1 chocolate, the sensational fourth type of chocolate in the world.

In addition to dark, milk and white, the world met the Ruby chocolate, created by Barry Callebaut's development and research centers. Callebaut RB1 is characterized by shiny pinkish color and intense refreshing fruity and sour notes, and is obtained by carefully selecting and processing the pink kernel grain.

After being first revealed to the world public in Shanghai last September, Ruby is coming to Belgrade this fall.

Until then, we're transmitting you a part of the atmosphere when Ruby was here for just one night, in a preview in Mandarin. Masters of cuisine led by Krsto Radovic prepared very surprising combinations with cheese, various spices, and even fish. All this in combination with Schlumberger's pink sparkling wine and the Borgo Molino Motivo Prosecco resulted in a perfect blend.
