Callebaut - Chocolate Magic in the Inspiration Hub

There is no place where gourmets would rather be, but where real chocolate magic takes place, which was Silbo Inspiration Hub, on April 3rd, when the promotion of Callebaut was held.

The event was organized in order to present chocolate ice cream to the existing and potential HoReCa customers, as well as to the most eminent domestic pastry chefs, highlighting the rich and intense taste of real chocolate. The attendees were convinced that when the brand Callebaut and the Italian ice cream makers unite forces, that they will together create a real chocolate magic. In order for the guests to enjoy the chocolate perfection, they received recipes for making different flavors of chocolate ice cream and they could see the procedure of making and tasting them. Various types of ice cream were presented, including ice cream with Ruby chocolate and ice cream with golden chocolate.

A special guest was Ciro Fradano, an Italian pastry chef, who gives lectures at numerous pastry and gastronomy academies, and on this occasion he has visited our Inspiration Hub as Calebaut's Ambassador and gave useful advice for the ice cream preparation to all attendants.
