Name with tradition
De Nigris is a company with more than 125 years of tradition in producing authentic balsamic vinegar of the highest quality. De Nigris is a favorite balsamic vinegar of Italians, due to its time-honored way of preparation, in which wine vinegar is united with grape must in varying degrees and left to mature in wooden barrels, in order to get vinegar with varying percentages of acidity, marked with different colors of the famous De Nigris eagle – ranging from white to platinum.
