Our Horeca Attending the Sweetest Event in Europe
This year we’ve traditionally visited the 39th SIGEP International Bakery and Pastry Fair in the Italian city of Rimini,
which took place from 20th to 24th of January. During this event, we’ve learned the newest achievements in baking and pastry industry, and gastronomy in general.
This fair, rightfully called the sweetest event in Europe, gathers worldly renowned companies and brands producing raw materials, semi-finished products, as well as new technologies and equipment.
Our valued partners Callebaut, Capfruit, Debic, Caffe Vergnano and Caputo were among the exhibitors. While having a great time, we had the opportunity to exchange new experiences, all with the purpose of keeping up with global trends and offering only the best to our domestic market.
